Tallavera is currently seeking a High Performance Recruiter to join fastest-growing, woman-owned, award-winning Staffing Firm in Rochester, NY. To be considered for the Medical Recruiter position, candidates must have prior experience in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a successful track record of identifying and engaging high-quality candidates. The Medical Recruiter will be responsible for utilizing various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify and attract top-quality candidates to build a robust pipeline for open positions.

Pay: Base + Commission Range: $72,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person (Rochester NY)

Responsibilities of the Medical Recruiter

Work closely with the Recruitment Account Managers to understand client needs and align sourcing efforts accordingly.
Initiate and maintain regular communication with potential candidates, nurturing relationships and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the AMs.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive insights to provide valuable market intelligence to the AMs and clients.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and attract top-quality candidates for open positions.
Strive to achieve and exceed sourcing targets while maintaining the highest standards of candidate quality.
Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and promptly deliver quality candidate profiles to the AMs for further evaluation.
